At the first appointment (an hour appointment) Mr. Relf will take a case history and then conduct a physical examination. If he decides that your condition is of a medical nature he will refer you to your GP, with your consent.
 
If it's appropriate, and you are happy to proceed, your treatment will start immediately. You can expect gentle and considerate care suited to your physical make up. You will receive advice on caring for, and managing, your condition between treatments. This may include some exercises to do at home.
 
Subsequent appointments will be half an hour. The number of treatments required will depend on your age, the type of condition being treated, and how you respond to treatment - everyone is different. Most patients will notice an improvement within 2 or 3 sessions.

Mr Relf is registered with the main health insurance companies such as BUPA and AXA PPP. It is always advisable to check with your insurer before treatment in case you need to be referred by your GP. 

Adults - £50 for first appointment, subsequent appointments £39. Infants and school age children - (all appointments) £29.
